Featuring uninterrupted esplanade, spectacular views of Lower Manhattan and the New York Harbor, and lawns perfect for a shaded picnic or an afternoon of sunbathing, this portion of the Park is the perfect place to play, explore and relax.

Come play on our three free hardcourt tennis courts, open to the public from 6:00 AM–1:00 AM. The courts operate on a first come, first served basis and permits are not required for regular play.
